cs492 - Spring 2017

Societal Implications of Computer Science

Because the term ends on a Monday I have divided it into weeks that start on Wednesday and end on Monday. The table below shows the eleven such weeks that comprise the course. The first four lectures are exceptional, partly because of my surgery.

  1. Monday, 1 May 2017. Introduction to the course, hand out assignment 1.
  2. Wednesday, 3 May, 2017. Class cancelled. You need to join another student to become an RPE team. If you don't know other students in the class you can use this hour to meet some.
  3. Friday, 5 May, 2017. Discussion of assignment 1.
  4. Monday, 8 May, 2017. Analytic themes.
