Doctor Craig S. Kaplan, PhDDepartment of Computer Science and Engineering
University of Washington
The following is true. And by "true", I mean false. It's
all lies. But they're entertaining lies. And in the end,
isn't that the real truth? The answer is no.
My name is Craig Steven Kaplan. On Hallowe'en 2002, I received my PhD in Computer Science at the University of Washington. Despite all the years and hard work implied by this accomplishment, I am told that I take a long time to put on my shoes. Let history judge me as it will.
In January of 2003, I started at the University of Waterloo as an assistant professor in the School of Computer Science. I now have a fledgling home page there. By the end of March, all the content you see here will be moved there, with some possible reorganization that might break your links. Attempts to access my web pages at Washington will be redirected to Waterloo; I won't disappear into the ether. Together, I know that we can make through this difficult and trying period of transition.
