What can I say?  The book warns you on its cover: "From Your
Favorite Brand Name Companies".  This book is full of recipes
using brand name products.  You don't use cream, you use
BORDEN cream or MEADOW GOLD cream.  You don't use lemon juice,
you use REALEMON Lemon Juice from Concentrate.  A few recipes
do not have brand name product in them.  However, these recipes
will be endorsed by various deparments or commissions.  For
example, the Frozen Peanut Banana Yogurt recipes has a footnote
of "Favorite recipe from Oklahoma Peanut Commission".

Ice cream as a vehicle for advertising.  To be fair, some of
the recipes looked interesting.  However, I haven't trie any
(and would feel free to substitute ingredients from other
manufacturers).
