White Chocolate Liquor Ice Cream (August 13, 1996) [1.5 quart] 3 cups table cream 4 egg yolks 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup icing sugar (powdered sugar) 50 ml Godet White Chocolate Liquor Heat table cream on low heat. White cream is heating, Beat eggs. Beat in both sugars. Add egg/sugar mix to cream. Increase heat to medium. Heat just short of boiling, while stirring. Cool. Add White Chocolate Liquor Notes: I used this particular sugar mixture because I was running low on granulated sugar.
