Blueberry (August 1, 1993) 1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup whipping cream 4 cups pureed blueberries Beat eggs lightly. Beat in sugar slowly, beating an additional 1 minute after all sugar is added. Heat milk almost to a boil, and add (still hot) to the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Cool. Add vanilla extract, cream, and blueberries. Excellent.
