Grapefruit (Sept 14, 1993) [1 quart] 1 Cup Grapefruit juice 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Whipping Cream 1/2 Cup Whole Milk Mix ingrediants just before putting in machine. Very nice texture. Strong grapefruit flavor. Surprisingly good. Even those who grimaced on being told the flavor of the day had seconds. Other citrus variants would probably also be good. Biggest advantage: no cooking! Note: I've made this twice, once with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and once with grapefruit juice from a bottle. The fresh squeezed was far better than the bottled. When I made the fresh squeezed, I used pink grapefruits.
