Philadelphia Blue (October 16, 1993, night of first game of World
		   Series between Phillies and Blue Jays) [< 1 quart]
	2 cups cream
	1/2 cup sugar
	1 cup blueberries, pureed
    Heat cream until it starts steaming (or until bubbles appear).
    Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved.
    Add pureed blueberries and cool.
    Mix in machine.

    A bit too sweet for my tastes; I will reduce sugar to 1/3 cup
    if I make it again.
