Ice cream made from snow! The idea is great, and there are lots of web pages on it. The first page I found Sandy's Old-time Snow Cream Recipe was the best, but the link is no longer active. It was "best" because (a) it said how much snow to use and (b) it said how to choose clean snow. However, Yary Hluchan sent me the recipe, which you'll find below.
