Amsterdam - Hotel Mann

My friends Josephine and Jeff are visited at the
end of August, 1999. They had trouble
booking a hotel, so I told them they could stay at
the famous Hotel Mann, which has good rates, a bath,
laundry facilities, and a friendly proprietor. Plus
it's close to where I live.
Josephine thought email wasn't a secure enough channel to
send her credit card number, but she'd use Jeff for collateral.
And here he is, safely locked away on this web page until they
visit!
They did visit, but they left some towels so I kept the
collateral.
