I filter my email to reduce the amount of time I spend processing SPAM email. If you send me email from a non-UW account and you're not on my whitelist, your mail might be deleted. If you do not hear back from me, the safest thing to do is to contact me some other way and give me your email address to whitelist.

Or, to ensure that your email reaches a special mail box, put "bananapeel" in the subject.
