CS452 - Real-Time Programming - Winter 2018
Assignments
There are two things you need to do with your code:
-
share it with the TAs so that they can compile and run it while
marking, and
-
after assignment zero, share it with your partner so that the two
of you can work together.
We gain both these objectives at once using git. The university
maintains a git hub, git.uwaterloo.ca
, which has easily
manipulated privacy settings. You create a project and make it
accessible by you, your partner and the course account,
cs452
.
You must give us an SHA1 hash of the repository as of the time
at which you hand in the assignment. The repository must remain
undisturbed until after marking is complete, so start your next
assignment somewhere else.

Examinations
Final Examination
As usual, the exam this term is a 26 1/2 hour take home exam. The
questions are open-ended, like everything else you did in the
course. You are expected to gives answers that go beyond material
taught in the course: on each question you will get half marks
for straightforward answers based on what you did in the course;
the other half are given for going beyond the course material
using information you find in the course material, in books and
on the web, andf in your own personal experience. Answers that
give examples of course material in your own experiences are
highly rewarded.
